In 2007, 3000 liters of Marques de Valdueza's exquisite blend of Cabernet Savignon, Merlot and Syrah underwent traditional orleans fermentation techniques, first in stainless steel tanks before aging in 4-year-old French oak barrels for 20 months. 2012 marked the debut of this remarkable, honey-colored vinegar, which brings out the best of Marques de Valdueza's wines and EVOO. Its intense, complex aroma has hints of vanilla, fennel, licorice, and almond to tantalize the senses.
